Jessica Bauers

Jessica is a solicitor at CNM Legal and holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws. She is experienced in the corporate advisory, financial services and funds management legal services provided by CNM Legal.

Jessica is particularly involved in assisting in preparation and lodgement of Australian financial services (AFS) licence applications and variations, including the following work:

• preparing core proofs for lodgement with ASIC;
• collating responsible manager information and credentials;
• preparing ASIC forms FS01 and FS03; and
• reviewing applicant’s financial statements and assisting them on meeting ASIC’s financial  requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business
• Bachelor of Laws
• Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
• Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland
